Requirements

Degree in related field preferred

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager, project engineer, and/or estimator

DUTIES

Communicating with owners, vendors and subcontractors

Coordinating with jobsite superintendents while maintaining a positive client relationship

Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs

Meet contractual conditions of performance

Issuing purchase orders and subcontracts

Scheduling, invoicing, estimating and takeoffs

Review work progress on daily basis

Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status

Analyze, manage and mitigate risks

Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses

Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
