Project Manager Associate - Engineering Integration & Project Coordinator Ball Aerospace is searching for a dynamic, results oriented leader to join our team. This position is part of the Engineering organization and will work collaboratively across the entire Engineering organization, as well as Ball Aerospace. Reporting to the Engineering Resource Planning Manager, the Integration & Project Coordinator works across the Engineering organization, fostering cross-team collaboration and will be responsible for providing end-to-end tactical engagement and leadership in support of the Engineering Operations organization and the overall Engineering Leadership team. The role has significant, regular contact with leaders across the organization and is a vital role on the Engineering team. What You'll Do: Act as a liaison within the Engineering Operations team members and Engineering Leadership to establish and drive key initiatives to ensure Engineering accountability across the Strategic Capability Units (SCU) in support of the entire Ball Aerospace Enterprise. Working with team members to provide a tactical framework that delivers on the day-to-day operations of the Engineering SCU. Provide solutions and support to Engineering Operations in the following areas: Engineering Business Development support, Engineering resource management support (staffing, hiring, capital), training, and execution related activities to ensure Engineering is adequately partnering in program execution. Assist in establishing, tracking, and analyzing Engineering level metrics. Possess a proven track record of providing solutions in a dynamic environment and engaging with a diverse group of stakeholders, peers, and leaders. Serve as resource for employees by providing direction and resolving issues. Work on various Engineering special projects and initiatives at the direction of Engineering leadership. Plan and coordinate Engineering Board for Engineering, partnering with the Engineering Directors, Strategic Business Units (SBU's) and SCU's to provide meaningful content and updates to Engineering Leadership team. Plan and execute SCU Progress Review materials and briefing, Engineering Offsite meetings, All-Hands, and Extended Staff meetings including developing content. Prepare documents, communications, and presentation materials. Represent Engineering Operations in a professional and personal manner. Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule. Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Perform other duties as necessary. What You'll Need: BS/BA in a related field. Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master's Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education. Hybrid Work Environment: This position may be performed working from both the office and another location, while typically requiring working in the office less than 3 days per work week. Travel and local commute between Ball campuses and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.
