Department: PDA Prime Design Associates LLC

Reports to: Director of Architecture

FLSA: Exempt

JOB SUMMARY: The Project Manager will be in charge of Construction Administration, Construction Document Quality Control and Code Compliance and must be highly detailed, efficient and organized with at least 7-10 years' experience in Hospitality and Residential Projects with working knowledge of Florida Building Codes.

JOB DUTIES: Including but not limited to

1. CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT:

Visit job sites.
Draft site visit reports.
Resolve RFI's.
Review shop drawings.
Coordinate with field representatives.
Must be willing to travel to job sites throughout Florida as needed.

2. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS:

Responsible for quality control ensuring projects are well detailed, code compliant and completed within schedule.
Expected to be a team leader with good organizational skills and participate in developing / resolving project details.
Requirements:

SKILLS:

Construction Administration experience.
Ability to produce Construction Documents.
Ability to lead and direct junior staff.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and Projects with priorities and deadlines.
Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in fast paced environment and maintain effective working relationships with Project Consultants and co-workers.
Candidate must have strong knowledge and experience with all applicable Florida Building Codes.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in architecture required.
Minimum 7 years professional experience in Architecture required.

PROGRAMS:

AutoCAD proficiency required.
Blue Beam proficiency required.
Proficiency in Revit preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

Florida Architecture Registration preferred.
