Job Details

As a Construction Project Field Engineer you will be responsible for understanding, in detail, how the

project will be built. You will read through plans and specifications and discuss construction methods

with other professionals on the team. You will use RFIs, Submittals, and other construction documents

to manage information flows between all stakeholders.

Administer Construction Management Software Procore (training provided)

Create Submittal Register and Distribute Packages for Approval

Prepare, Review and Process Request for Information. Maintain RFI log

Maintain Job Files and As-builts

Understand Contract Documents

Log and Track Drawings and Specifications

Assist with Purchasing and Ordering

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or other Engineering degree.

5 years of experience in the construction, architecture or development industry with focus on

multi-unit projects such as apartments, hotels, assisted livings, or projects of similar size and

complexity with value greater than $5M

Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications

Time management and organizational skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore or other Construction

Management software
