What You Will Be Doing
- Effectively manage joint projects with customers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Present in-depth updates to people familiar with the project
- Form comprehensive reports based on information and data collected from internal and external sources
- Collaborate with senior leadership to solve problems and or perform root cause analysis.
- Support the Project Manager in reviewing and processing Pre-Bid RFIs
- Support the Project Manager in tracking and revising the master project schedule, as needed
- Support the Superintendents in communicating with subcontractors regarding schedule expectations
- Must have a minimum 1 year of commercial construction experience in a project engineering or management capacity. Willing to consider new graduates as well.
- Experience writing and negotiation subcontracts
- Experience reviewing subcontractor/vendor shop drawings, product data, samples, manuals, etc. for all compliance with contract documents and coordination with all other
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, PM Software, and Scheduling software.
