Job Description

• Direct responsibility for projects, and leading a team in the development of plans and specifications, for commercial, mixed-use, multi-family, residential and other types of projects that include paving, grading, drainage, water lines, sanitary sewers and other miscellaneous items
• Permit projects through local and state regulatory agencies
• Act as point of contact for clients
• Responsible for project management, reporting, and client invoicing

Job Requirements

• BSCE from an accredited college or university
• 5+ years of experience in land development of public and or private clients
• PE,
• Prior experience as a Project Manager in Land Development projects
• Land Development project exposure to include grading, drainage, roadway, retaining wall, storm water and waste water
• Design software skills including AutoCAD Civil 3D
