What You Will Be Doing

Today, we complete many K-12 schools

Description: The Project Engineer will support and assist jobsite Superintendents and Project Managers. Attends owner and foreman meetings on the jobsite and assists with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contract documents changes

Primary Responsibilities

Attend weekly project meetings.

Prepares project logs

Reviews submittals and shop drawings

Review and submit RFI to architect and owner

Reviews design changes, specifications, and drawings

Works with superintendent to implement safety standards

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering or Construction Management Certificate.

3-5 years of experience.

Drivers license

Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Project, and Primavera

Strong written and verbal communication skills including reading, writing, understanding and communicating clearly, effectively and professionally.

Performs appropriate math, including statistics, analysis and significant data or number manipulation.

Ability to read drawings and specifications.

Works well as a team

Self driven

Ability to understand and follow directions.

LEED Accredited Professional preferred.
