1st shift - 8am to 5pm (start and end times flexible)
Worker must be avail to be on-site
Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Client Aerospace. You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will be involved in every aspect of the systems life cycle; from the front end of business development through product end of life.
Key Responsibilities
Technical requirements management
Physical system modeling, design, and analysis
Subsystem specification development
Customer technical communications
Design trade studies
Supplier technical communications
Activity cost and schedule estimation
System risk analysis
Hardware integration
Technical problem solving. Root cause analysis.
Design validation and testing
Presentation to peers and management
Report writing
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
Minimum 5 years of Engineering Experience
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
WE VALUE
Team building and collaboration
Experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic actuation
Experience in dynamic feedback control systems
Experience in manufacturing of mechanical devices
Experience in DOORs or other requirements management databases
Experience with Matlab, Simulink, or other system modeling tools
Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently to meet deadlines
Ability to convey subtle or complex information, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
