Description:

Responsibilities: • Candidate will be working on 3-4 projects in San Francisco of varying sizes. Projects range from 25k-50 million • Candidate will be responsible for document control, RFI's, Soliciting bids from subcontractors, change orders, estimating and helping with pre-construction • Provide support for the project manager and superintendents • Maintain meeting minutes • Job site coordination • Drawing control and preparing invoices. • Candidate will also handle cost control. • Candidate will analyze and review change orders • Review costs and validate costs • Scheduling- candidate will be updating scheduling of subs, vendors • Interface with Architect and engineers to efficiently resolve technical issues on the project and drive efficiency
