Responsibilities:
Manage multiple construction projects at once
Supervise construction quality
Inspect construction details to ensure quality control
Manage communication with General Contractor
Prepare schedules on all projects
Communicate with City Inspector about inspection progress
Ensure projects are running smoothly and on-time
Assist Project Development Manager and participate in various meetings
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or related programs
Prior internship or related experience preferred
Bilingual Chinese & English preferred
Be self-motivated and demonstrate proactive participation
Have a reliable vehicle and willing to travel
Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented
Excellent communication and written skills
