Position Summary

This position is fully remote with a preference to be able to work Eastern (Standard) Time business hours. All Ground Rule companies are remote, and we periodically bring our whole team together for in-person summits where we connect with each other and discuss cross-cutting strategy and our shared mission.

This position reports to a TAG Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager.

Job Responsibilities

Practicing the Ground Rule Core Values in your day-to-day: Integrity, Excellence, Curiosity, Community, Enjoyment, and Trust.
Coordinating the day-to-day administration of project teams primarily, but not limited to, pre-construction, construction, feasibility studies, and related projects.
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
Organizing and attending stakeholder meetings.
Carrying out research, then analyzing and reporting results.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Assisting in assigning project tasks to relevant parties and checking in for status updates.
Maintaining effective relationships with clients through day-to-day coordination and communication.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings as assigned.
Ensuring deadlines are met.
Providing administrative additional support as needed.
Developing and maintaining project tracking databases (e.g. Clickup) that track overall progress and the accomplishment of specific milestones.
Reporting project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate teammates as needed escalating issues as necessary.
Acting as a point of communication between GR and external resources (e.g. vendors).
Completing any tasks assigned by teammates in an efficient and timely manner.
Producing error-free deliverables for internal and external communications.
Other duties as assigned across any of the Ground Rule companies.

One (1) year of related experience (i.e. project coordination, construction, feasibility studies, client services)
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Excellent organizational skills, with a meticulous attention to detail
Effective writing and oral briefing skills
Ability to deliver within short deadlines, work under pressure, and multi-tasking skills
Experience with Microsoft Office tools (emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel), Google Workspace (emphasis on Sheets and Slides)
