RAM Construction is seeking a dynamic Construction Project Coordinator to join our growing team!
ABOUT RAM CONSTRUCTION
We are a Commercial General Contractor, specializing in ground up construction, tenant improvements and retrofits to existing buildings. RAM was founded on the idea that relationships come first. We're not just contracted help - we want our clients to view us as an extension of their organization.

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COORDINATOR
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist multiple project teams in the overall project management process.
Enter data into Procore, our construction management software.
Communicate with the project team throughout the estimating process.
Draft client and subcontractor contracts.
Assist during the project with tasks as assigned.
Communicate with the project team throughout the project.
Retrieve all subcontractor insurance certificates and audit that all requirements have been met. Track expirations of certificates and keep current.
Collect all project specific subcontractor MSDS and IIPPs.
Create and distribute accurate and comprehensive correspondence.
Manage and track preliminary lien notices.
Demonstrate efficiency, productivity, superior attention to accuracy and detail.
Work well under pressure and tight timelines.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and shifting timelines.
Demonstrate superior customer service skills.
Anticipate manager's needs and taking initiative.
Conduct self in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will possess:
2+ years' experience as a Construction Project Administrator.
High level of personal organization.
Superior attention to detail.
Data Entry skills.
Strong communication skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook required.
Previous Experience in Procore preferred.
Accuracy in completing tasks.
Timely in completing tasks - can work on a deadline.
Willingness to help and go the extra mile.
Subcontractor and Owner billing AR/AP experience preferred.
