Job Purpose

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Planning
Assist team leads and team members to estimate work items and assign them to sprints based on priorities
Maintain an up-to-date release plan by allocating work items for the current and next quarter
Work with team members to keep roadmap milestones and ADO in sync
Processes & Standards
Ensure a healthy burn-down chart exists throughout the sprints and quarter
Ensure delivery processes such as Gate approvals Quarterly Planning, Integration Testing, SRE (CI/CD), First Commercial Install, etc are followed and executed properly
Assist team leads to prepare quarterly plan presentations, quarterly completion presentations, monthly operations report, and monthly PD report
Progress Tracking & Communication
Organize and run scrum events
Enable effective delivery by identifying issues (risks, design decisions, integration, defect resolution, etc.); actively work, execute, follow up, and communicate to resolve the issues to unblock the team
Communicate with other teams regarding dependencies and integration; ensure requirement information is shared is in timely manner; inform team leads when a dependency risks arise
