Assignment Scope: Key Accountabilities

• Own the facility schedule and planning to meet Milestones. This includes developing and maintaining the individual schedules and ensuring schedule accurately reflects the overall plan.
• Integrate Project schedule with Operations schedule to reduce site production losses
• Set schedule sequence and crews, gather contractors schedule forecasts and vet with Team
• Integrate cost data provided by facility engineering and development engineering with the schedule to support development of the LRP and capital forecasting.
• Assign resources (material/crews) to the schedule to assist Team with the development and understanding of resource loading and equipment/material demand
• Prepare periodic reports highlighting the progress/status of all activities and highlight concerns/risk for the assets review
• Support journal entries to ensure cost of equipment and labor is properly allocated to the correct asset.
• Help monitor Construction readiness, such as materials, workpacks, MOCs and resources ready
• Track Company furnished equipment and RFIs
• Monitor Contractor Productivity, KPIs and Schedule Milestones
• Help Team to provide optimizations to reduce Risk, Schedule and Costs
• Owner of updates to the Project Risk Matrix on a Monthly basis
• Assist in Construction Readiness and Turnovers to Operations documentation
• Manage MOC's to ensure they are progressing as needed to achieve ready to implement status

Required and Preferred Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years project controls experience of large projects or multiple small projects in Refinery, Petrochemical: in assignments of increasing responsibility, complexity, and scope.
• Fluent in Primavera as an experienced Planner and able to reduce time by linking activities
• Technical competency in preparation of automated and integrated project controls
• Open to relocation or travel to sites
