• They will be designing constantly.
• Their time with be comprised of CDs 70%, 15% project management type duties, 15% CA and administrative.
• They do not work in studios, so they will likely get exposure to all types of projects (DOD, K-12, Cultural Work, Higher Ed, Commercial Interior/Renovations).
• If they are strong in a particular area, or prefer a certain project type their focus can be there, but will be encouraged to help out as need.
• Revit, Architecture, Construction document, Architectural design, Design development, Construction drawings, Construction administration, Autocad, Design

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• BS in architecture preferred
• Basic understanding of codes and ADA
• 7+years of experience
• Perusing Licensure
