Studio T-SQ. is an Architectural firm seeking a Project Architect / Project Manager with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in an architectural or design firm. Experience in project types ranging from multi-family residential to affordable housing or mixed-use a major plus. The Project Architect / Project Manager develops and implements project designs, solutions, and plans of all phases of the project.

What You Will Do

• Lead entire project teams to success in a collaborative environment.
• Work directly with Partners and Senior Directors as well as supporting team members.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to emerging designers and internal design team.
• Lead and coordinate projects with clients, consultants, and internal team members.
• Prepare and oversee accurate and complete construction documents using Revit software to the highest level.
• Assume ownership of assignments, meet deadlines and budgets with diligence and quality design.

What is Required

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in all phases of a design discipline.
• Substantial experience in project design and/or planning in the architectural or design discipline.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program. An advanced degree in a related discipline is preferred, but not required.
• Multi-family residential, affordable housing or mixed-use experience a major plus.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule -- two days in-office, three days remote.

Other Desirable Qualifications

• Licensure preferred but not required, except that license is required for Project Architect position.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suites, Bluebeam, Sketch-Up, MS Office - strong Revit experience is a major plus.
• Deep understanding of building codes, accessibility requirements, and construction methods for Type I, II, III and V buildings.
• Results-focused and possess excellent organization skills to fully manage complex projects.
• Ability to produce and coordinate design intent and related construction details.
• Possess and exhibit a passion for design, while also being technically minded.
• Able to work effectively in an open and collaborative team environment.
