Cleaning Specialist Job Requirements:
-Reliable transportation and means of communication
-Valid driver's license
-Strong work ethic
- Comfortable working independently
- Detailed worker
- Time management skills
- Must be available 10:30 AM to 5 PM (Once assigned units are cleaned, you are free to go!)
-Flexible weekend availability
-Residential housekeeping experience OR hotel cleaning experience required
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Cleaning all assigned units in a timely manner
- Washing and drying all linens (comforters, duvets, sheets, and towels)
- Disinfecting and sanitizing all surfaces
- Taking out all trash
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting
- Following cleaning checklist questionnaire while cleaning units
- Restocking all units based on restock checklist
- Paying great attention to detail
- Multitask while providing high quality services
- Stage all units according to unit pictures
- Reporting when items in storage rooms are low
- Reporting all damages and/ or missing items in units
- Assist with new unit set up, moving, staging, and cleaning
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
