The successful candidate should have experience working on multi-discipline TxDOT projects and be able to oversee/lead transportation planning project development. In addition to project delivery responsibilities, candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage personnel, budgets, schedule and sub consultants.
Professional Engineer Project Manager - Transportation/Advanced Planning Requirements:
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering
5+ years of experience in transportation advance planning and schematic project delivery
TxDOT experience is a must
PE license in Texas
Ability to manage multiple projects, and supervise technical staff
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A positive attitude, be self-directed yet a team player, and have a focus on quality, integrity and success.
