Responsibilities:
To manufacture the highest quality product, according to Company and Customer's specifications as efficiently and economically as possible. Major Responsibilities - Ongoing Tasks 1. Operate the following with verbal or written instructions: a. Hydrogen Welding Torch b. Fiberizing Machines and Winding Chairs c. First Twist Machine d. Twist and Ply Machine e. Drying Ovens f. Roving Machine 2. Perform some minor adjustments and/or maintenance tasks 3. Responsible for the cleanliness of the equipment 4. Measure product count and adjust as required to ensure product is within specification 5. Visually inspect the manufactured product to check if it meets the quality requirements. 6. Fill out Production Reports 7. Responsible for maintaining the shop cleanliness 8. Responsible for working within the shop safety procedures 9. Responsible for actively participating in the quality systems 10. Responsible for promoting and supporting the team concept 11. Other tasks as assigned
