Job Summary: Provides behind-the-scenes support, including fulfilling customer orders, coordinating suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery.

Job Specifications: Must know Microsoft Word and Excel. Good communication skills including written, verbal, and listening. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Dependable self-starter. Detail-oriented and organized.

Primary skills and responsibilities:

• Uses computer system to enter and manage orders for parts, field service, training, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Provides formal quotations on parts, service, training, and preventative maintenance inspections
• Initiates billing for upgrades, parts, and service calls
• Generates spare parts lists, requisitions parts, tracks progress, expedites missing items
• Generates service trip summaries for use of accurate invoices and closing out orders
• Evaluates the validity of warranty claims
• Coordinates parts being returned
• Generates monthly reports identifying high failure rate items
• Support the kit building/inspection process as needed

Education:

• High school graduate, associate degree preferred
•
