As an integrity services Product Manager, your role is an essential link between the marketplace and the rest of the business. This is a pivotal role within the Baker Hughes organization and will impact the company's business strategy and success in driving stronger transparency of our individual product offerings.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategies for specific allocated products and regions within the context of the Integrity Engineering Market.
- Providing product accountability and performing regular cost-benefit analyses on projects.
- Working together with Platform Managers and Product Line Leaders to ensure Multi-Generation Product Plan requirements are met.
- Driving new products through the Product Development processes to completion, ensuring a smooth NPI to market.
- Partnering with the Sales Team and acting as liaison with customers to ensure product requirements are met.
- Leading growth of assigned product and region volume through product quality, customer satisfaction, orders, and contribution margin.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college (or a high school diploma / GED with sufficient relevant experience)
- Have obtained minimum of 10 years' experience a pipeline integrity management or product management role working for either a pipeline operator or an international pipeline integrity consultancy
- Be able to build excellent relationships with clients at a senior technical or management level.
- Have exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
- Be a good team player and a proactive self-starter that is accountable and exhibits ownership.
- Have a deep knowledge and understanding of applicable statutory regulations, paired with a broad understanding of critical pipeline threats and related damage mechanisms
