About the Role // As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for collection of business and systems requirements from internal and external customers, communicating requirements to engineering, driving project schedules from design to release and planning and managing go-to-market. You will be expected to make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional project teams.

You should be highly self-directed, excited by questions that do not have obvious answers, extremely observant, and insightful. You should also possess a strong product design sense and the motivation to continually iterate to build best-in-class products. Be driven by curiosity to find unique solutions to customer workflow problems and able to speak-the-language with all stakeholders from engineering to sales/marketing. You will also need a deep understanding of what it takes to build, launch and maintain a hosted, SaaS 24/7 globally available product platform.

What You'll Do // As a Product Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and Launch products working closely with engineering, UX and other product managers.
• Collaborate with other product mangers to develop product roadmap and ensure work aligns with the top business priorities while meeting customer needs.
• Work across the organization and partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to deliver a complete digital experience product to customers.
• Define and deliver impact to the OKRs for your product teams consistently.
• Provide updates to product leadership. Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders and partners to ensure alignment and support.
• Use analytics data, customer feedback, competitive insights, and industry-standard methodologies to identify innovative ideas to build compelling customer experiences.

What You Bring // In addition to a positive attitude, a desire to learn and a passion for what you do, the ideal candidate will also have the following:

• 2+ years of experience working on or closely with software engineering teams
• 2+ years of previous Product Management experience
• Understanding of software development process, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD
• Creative problem solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team player, able to collaborate with larger groups of cross-functional teams
• Ability to lead multiple work streams of larger projects with multiple stakeholders
