Job Description
We're in search of an experienced product manager to join our company. As an ideal candidate, you're a highly skilled market analyst with extensive experience in the automotive technology industry, with a proven ability to participate in the full lifecycle of solution production from conception through release to ensure our products meet clients' needs.
Responsibilities
Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
Analyze client needs, current market trends, and potential partnership integrations
Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure successful execution
Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, and other product requirements
Collaborate closely with engineering, support, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources
Conduct market research, customer interviews, and data analysis to obtain information that can be used to improve the system. Understand and articulate internal and external customer needs
Develop product feature proposals and requirements
Collaborate with, and advocate for, Operations and Support teams to align objectives and optimize operational efficiency
Drive continuous improvement of the product management process by documenting and reviewing processes and procedures
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor or Master Degree with minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or related position preferably in the automotive technology industry
Be organized and capable of meeting multiple, concurrent deadlines
Highly effective cross-functional team player
High level of curiosity and the ability to ask and answer probing questions
Ability to analyze information to identify new ideas that will improve system functionality
Strong process, project management and decision-making/facilitating skills Strong written and oral communications skills
Familiarity with Automotive technology industry, dealership operations, dealership finance and accounting, dealership management, dealership marketing is highly desirable
Knowledge of current trends and technologies in the automotive industry
