Description:
We are currently hiring Process Technicians for our 12 hour shift operation Kingman, AZ. Our schedule allows team members to enjoy an average of 40 hours a week, with 14 days off a month, which includes a 3 day weekend every other week!
Primary Responsibilities
Inspection of products for conformance to specifications
Providing support for the transfer/installation of new molds, resins and machinery
Prepare molds, bases and inserts to meet changeover schedules
Startup, shutdown and process injection molding machines
Support the development of new and existing operators
Ensure that operators are conducting their jobs in a safe manner
Monitor and drive improvement on process cycle times.
Must be able to assume responsibility and perform duties and handle multiple tasks under potentially stressful conditions.

Requirements:
Required Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of plastics technology & their applications
Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatic & power transmission systems
Basic computer knowledge
Technical Skills -Use of department tools & equipment including material handling equipment.
Years of Experience: The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree or equivalent from a 2 year college/technical school, 5 years direct experience in injection mold processing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
