Actalent Services is hiring a Process Engineer to work on-site at at a great well-known company in the Portland Metro area!

Description:

As a Staff Part/Dimensional Engineer you will be part of a dynamic technical team driving manufacturing efficiency and productivity in a plant environment. You will apply relevant engineering knowledge and hands on experience to technical projects while developing innovative and cost-effective ways to improve safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Skills & Qualifications Needed:

• Ability to participate in the concurrent engineering process with customers
• Experience preparing design specifications, requirements compliance, and customer interface on production information for manufacturing
• Experience working within a QMS System
• Knowledge within metallurgical and dimensional qualifications
• Ability to use analytical tools to identify process improvement opportunities and participate in tooling and fixture design.
