LOCATION: Midland, TX

CONTEXT: Our client, a leader in U.S. renewable natural gas (RNG) projects, is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to assist in the development, improvement, and management of gas treatment processes for plant facilities in West Texas. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years in a gas plant environment, able to read and interpret P&ID drawings, and SLC 500 and Compact/Micro Logix experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and improve gas treatment processes
Measure and interpret data
Design, run, and upgrade gas plant processes
Build and interpret P&ID drawings
Assist in developing best management practices in plant and field
Perform process simulations and troubleshoot variations in actual plant performance
Manage fast-paced troubleshooting
Provide documentation and start-up/shutdown instructions
Program Allen Bradley/Rockwell PLC
Program HMI (FactoryTalk and Wonderware)
Organize and budget plant expansion
Compression sizing for expansions and new projects
Other tasks may be assigned.
