Qualifications:
This person will serve as one of the go-to process control engineers for this facility and will also support corporate capital projects. This includes programming PLCs, programming instrumentation, upgrading control schemes, troubleshooting issues and working with other engineers on-site to coordinate projects and upgrades. Engineers at this site, in particular, have a lot of autonomy and there are lots of opportunities to make an impact quickly. The engineering manager estimated that there are roughly 1000 I/O points, so plenty to keep busy on. There is currently one other controls engineer at this facility and there is also a senior instrumentation technician that is a part of this team.

- 3+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally out of PSM-regulated manufacturing environments; things like chemicals, food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, etc.
- Potential candidates should have experience programming PLC controls and instrumentation as well as supporting control system capital projects
