Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

2+Years Flexographic printing experience or trade school a plus

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization. Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees. Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Measuring skills and use of measurement tools.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
