Job Overview
Mid-South Construction Careers is a 120 Apprenticeship Readiness Program. We are partnered with the 18 Memphis and West Tennessee Building Trades. Upon completion you will be ready for union construction apprenticeship programs, which are a doorway to a lifelong career with the best benefits and opportunities for travel. This program will give participants all certifications needed to work on a construction site, an individual employment plan, as well as a guaranteed interview with the building trade of YOUR choice. (Ex. electrician, plumbing, carpentry, iron workers, sheet metal, etc.)

We are looking for people who want a CAREER, not a job. This is a 120 hour program, that will lead you to the best pay and benefits in the region. Come prepared to class to lock in for this short amount of time so that you can reach your career goals. There will be a team of people assisting you. This program is unpaid, but we are getting into careers QUICKLY upon graduation. We already have graduates working full-time at the new Ford construction site, as well as the University of Tennessee. This program is offered at no cost to participants.
