Coordinates construction, installation, operation and maintenance of electrical power generating and distribution systems and equipment. Oversees powerhouse engineering projects and boiler outages. Directs preparation of drawings and specifications of equipment and materials for powerhouse construction projects or equipment installations. Estimates labor, material construction and equipment costs. Prepares documents for capital and major maintenance expenditure review and approval.
