Job Description:
Ace Disposal is looking for a truck inspector to perform post trips on DOT vehicles. The Primary purpose of this job is to perform post-trip inspections on company vehicles to determine if any issues need to be addressed. This is a swing shift with a $2.00 shift differential. From 1:30pm to 10:30pm at night.
Required Experience:
Experience & Skills:
MUST have a Drivers License
This is a fast-paced position (inspections completed every 20 minutes or so) and the work will be done outside. As such, candidate must be able to meet the rigors of the job both physically and mentally.
Good eyesight and depth perception are necessary.
Must be able to drive garbage vehicles (CDL is not necessary on company property)
Must be able lift 50lbs.
The shift will be spent standing with frequent squatting, bending, reaching and twisting during inspections.
Trucks washed as needed.
