Job Overview
We are seeking porter/cleaning staff to join our team at a luxury residential property in Manhattan.
Responsibilities include:
Perform comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of all public areas within the property
Inspecting, cleaning, and disinfecting common areas
Litter cleanup from daily use
Cleaning, mopping, and polishing floors
Cleaning of windows and glass doors
Vacuuming
Event set up/post-event breakdown and clean up
Replacing light bulbs
Respond to service calls
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
Evening shift
Monday to Friday
Night shift
Weekend availability
Work Location: One location
