Sign-on bonus in an amount equal to $3,000 (the "Sign-On Bonus"), payable in 3 equal payments over 90 days via regular payroll. The first payment will be issued with the payroll period comprising the 30-day anniversary from Start Date. Subsequent payments will be issued with the payroll periods comprising the 60-day and 90-day anniversaries from Start Date. Final payout of $2000 will be issued with the payroll period comprising the 180-day anniversary from Start Date. All bonus payments will be subject to all applicable tax reporting and withholding requirements.
