Professional, residential plumbing service technicians Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs Promote products and services effectively and comfortably Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of plumbing service experience High school diploma (or GED) Demonstrate passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers Strong decision-making abilities Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate product and service offerings Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction Meet all attendance and dependability requirements Team player Core Competencies: Servicing, Diagnosing, Repairing, and Installing products such as: water heaters, garbage disposals, toilets, sinks, faucets, valves, pipes, drains, water softeners, and sump pumps Ability to perform work in accordance with best practices according to manufacturer's specifications and industry standards Relating value of service and products as solutions to customers' needs and wants Strong communication skills Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes Training: F.H.
