In this position you will focus on:

1. Analysis of, modifications to, and coordination of upgrades to existing equipment and new equipment installations
2. Work with Senior Management, Plant Engineers, and Plant Management to identify and prioritize key projects related to:
   1. Quality
   2. Productivity
   3. Preventative/Predictive Maintenance
   4. Reliability
   5. Scrap Reduction
   6. Safety improvements
   7. To assist plant staff with implementation
3. Provide budgeting and scheduling assistance for major repairs, retrofits, and new installations
4. Work with CAD and 3D Modeling software on projects

Key Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Must be pursing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
