Job Overview
The Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team is responsible for implementing a standard global design solution for all (O&M) capabilities aligned with the overall strategy. The O&M Specialist will work closely with Business Unit (BU) and corporate subject matter experts (SMEs), Process Leads and PWC (Integration Contractor) to finalize design, prototyping, development, testing and successful deployments in all ConocoPhillips BUs. The O&M specialist will be responsible for supporting the agile development process and support training programs as appropriate.
â Facilitate localization of maintenance work process for future state SAP-PM application for individual BUs, based on COP Global Design standards
â Provide guidance for maintenance work processes including work identification, prioritization, work approval, job planning, material sourcing and asset maintenance and integrated scheduling
â Communicate decisions clearly and in a timely manner to impacted functions, BUs, and other organizations
â Support development and roll-out of O&M training materials; Administer training as needed
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
â Minimum 10 years in Oil & Gas industry
â Proficient in SAP - PM (Plant Maintenance)
â SME on Prometheus graphical scheduler
â Prometheus STO & Maxavera
â Application of P&S KPI suites & dashboards
PREFERRED SKILLS
â Knowledgeable in ConocoPhillips work processes for Notification Management, Work Order Management, Maintenance planning & Scheduling
â Expertise with SAP S4 maintenance master data elements, including Functional Locations & associated master data elements, Maintenance Plants, Planning Plants & Work Centers, Maintenance Plans, Maintenance Items, Task Lists, PRTs, BOMs, and Measurement Points & Measurement Documents
â Make difficult decisions and explain them to others impacted in a compelling manner
â Champion the "Enterprise first" mindset for global standardization
â Strong written and oral communications skills with experience in providing training
