Phone Sales and Customer Service Representative Part Time • South San Francisco Phone Sales and Customer Service Representative TheBritish Swim School, supporting multiple locations in the Bay Area, is an amazing, mission-based organization that is seeking a skilled Phone Sales and Customer Service Representative with Call Center experience to efficiently grow and shape our business. Main responsibilities would include: To receive and place telephone calls, maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism, and performs data entry. This position may also require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems. Excellent communication abilities and data entry skills are essential. General Purpose Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about services.
