Position Summary:
The Personal Lines Preferred Client Service Manager I (Inbound) is accountable for delivering high quality and efficient service to Gallagher's Personal Lines clients. This role operates in a team environment to manage less complex Personal Lines insurance accounts. Rather than having assigned Clients, this role provides real-time servicing of Clients in a call center environment. This role reports to and takes direction from the Personal Lines Client Service Supervisor, who is responsible for leading this segment of business within a defined geography.
The Client Service Managers in our "Preferred" business segment directly contributes to key business outcomes such as client satisfaction, client retention and is also responsible for fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement. This, in turns, enhances AJG's value to our clients and prospects and helps us to achieve our business objectives.

Primary Areas of Focus:
  • Delivers consistent, high quality client service as defined by AJG operational standards and practices.
  • Supports the business priorities of the Personal Lines team within Gallagher Global Brokerage.
  • Consistently achieves or exceeds operational productivity and performance metrics.
Essential duties include:
  • Successfully operates in a team environment to manage a group of accounts with relatively simple servicing needs.
  • Supports Gallagher's growth initiatives by ensuring an excellent customer service experience. This includes answering client phone and email queries related to billing, coverage, pricing, claims, policy cancellations, policy endorsements, inspections, documentation requests, issues, concerns, etc.
  • Collaborates with Preferred team members and our Sales team to transition prospective Clients to generate new business.
  • Partners with Preferred team members to transition clients with more complex needs, such as remarkets, account retention, claims issues, etc.
  • Builds rapport quickly with clients in an effort to identify needs in a clear, confident and friendly manner.
  • Able to identify needs of client and resolve them effectively and efficiently, ensuring engagement of Gallagher's Customer Care Center teams when appropriate.
  • Works to avoid escalating Client issues but involves the Client Service Supervisor, as needed.
  • Leverages systems, services and resources to execute work in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Maintains complete and accurate client and policy data and documents within the Gallagher systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR-
  • High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Producer's license.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
Preferred:
  • Previous experience managing client relationships.
  • Insurance knowledge - Personal Lines experience preferred.
  • Travel requirement 5- 10%.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements:
