Experienced PDR Technician As a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician, you will perform cosmetic dent repairs by using trained techniques and various tools on small to midsize dent damage on the exterior of our client's vehicles.
Job Responsibilities:
-Establish and maintain a close relationship with shop employees and managers
-Complete reporting and invoicing daily through company-provided technologies
-Effectively communicate with management regarding current projects and -upcoming needs identified via daily inventory reviews
-Partner with additional departments as applicable to ensure customer satisfaction
-Maintain company-provided tools and additional equipment per company standards
-May be required to work overtime (more than 40 hours per week), including Saturdays, as business needs dictate
- Unlimited earning potential!
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interaction skills required
- Valid Driver's License required
- Vision abilities required include close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
