Job Overview
Quality Life Services is seeking a Personal Care Aide who is ready for a challenge and wants to make a difference in the lives of older adults. As a Personal Care Aide you'll be part of a collaborative team whose energy, communication and dedication are valued and rewarded.
Essential Functions include but not limited to:
Performing or assisting with medication administration
Actively ensuring resident medication and treatment needs are met timely
Assisting residents with ADL's as needed
Passing medications
Shower/bath residents as scheduled or needed
Make resident beds
Charting as needed
Providing resident activities as scheduled
Communicate any concerns with next shift or PC Administrator
Identify all safety hazards and emergency situations
