Come work with our fun, laid-back client services team of 14 people located in Lynnwood, WA where you'll contribute to client satisfaction and retention by providing prompt, courteous service to our Pathology clients as you enter data in the areas of laboratory test orders, results, and test information. This is the first of three tiers of advancement available for the inside client services role and is a great chance to get a foot in the door with a company that likes to grow people from within, has excellent tenure, and lots of room for advancement.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Enter and modify orders in laboratory information system software, including new, existing and standing orders as well as added tests and test cancels.
• Document and collect data through Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Monitor and research reasons for missing results.
• Log and communicate will-call pickup requests from clients to Interpath courier staff.
• Computer skills, use of fax server, fax machine, copy machine and printers, filing.
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA policies, procedures and regulations to assure patient confidentiality.
• Report critical value results, communicable diseases and other verbal, faxed or mailed results as required.

This position has a starting pay of up to $22/hour depending on experience and has an attractive M - F, 8AM - 5PM schedule.

• High school graduate or equivalent required
• Minimum of 6 months experience working in specimen collection or specimen processing required. Other medical expereince considered if it led to proficiency in medical terminology.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; superior customer service skills; high-level computer proficiency; ability to work in fast paced environment and balance competing priorities.
