Job Overview
Do you enjoy cooking, canning, and using kitchen appliances? Do you want to share your love cooking with others? If so, National Presto Industries, Inc is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This is a Monday through Friday position, with 1st shift hours - No nights, no weekends, and no holidays. We are looking for someone with a passion for helping others, who knows their way around a kitchen, and has a knack for problem solving. Come work for a stable, local company, with a family atmosphere.
What you'll do:
Educate customers on use of Presto products
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints via phone
Handle warranty issues
Data entry of customer orders and call notes.
Work with Excel to record data and generate spreadsheets
What you bring:
A high school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a phone-based customer service environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Outlook, and Word
Experience cooking, canning, or using Presto Appliances is a plus
Fluency in French or Spanish is a plus.
