Job summary - Part -Time Customer Service Representative
Ensures all customer service functions are performed in an effective, efficient manner by providing quality service, completing all documentation of customer orders, dealing with and resolving problems.
Summary of essential job functions
Greets all customers and provides the absolute best customer service possible.
Provides assistance with apparel, boots or other PPE.
Enters orders - walk-ins, phone-ins, fax - with complete accuracy
Checks all orders for accuracy and quality before releasing to customer.
Maintains a clean working environment by folding items and returning to shelves and keeping all paperwork in the assigned files.
Takes customer service calls and resolves any customer issues.
Agrees to work scheduled hours set forth by store manager - _the schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m._
Abides by safety rules at all times and agrees to report any unsafe conditions to management immediately.
Agrees to follow company policies at all times.
Minimum requirements
Must have experience handling money
Must have computer skills.
Must have sales experience.
Abilities required
Must be able to kneel and climb on a regular basis.
Lift / carry up to 25 pounds and up to a distance of 115 feet
Must have good or correctable vision.
