We are currently looking for a Full Time Painter to join our enthusiastic team at Paul's Run.

Shift Available: 7:30am - 4:00pm

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Repaint walls and trimmings of community buildings, interior and exterior, using brushes and paint rollers as needed per work order.
Smooth nicked and scratched surfaces using sandpaper and remove old paint using paint remover or scraper.
Fill nail holes, cracks, and joints with spackle, plaster, or other filler prior to painting
Select premixed paints or mix required portions of pigment, oil, thinning, and drying substances to prepare paint that matches specified colors as directed by Manager and Supervisor.
Set up ladders to perform tasks above ground level with assistance from additional maintenance personnel.
Spread cloth or canvas over floors, appliances, and furniture to protect them from splattered paint prior to painting.
