We are seeking an experienced Painter with interest in performing additional construction activities! We produce our homes year-round in a TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED factory, so all work performed is indoors! Great schedule as well from 7:00am - 3:30pm! Pay range: $19.00 - $25.00 based on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Painting: Erect scaffolding or set up ladders to perform tasks above ground level, remove any exposed fixtures and/or additional items in work area prior to performing work, prepare surfaces for painting, hand sand as needed, apply coats of paint, varnish, stain enamel or lacquer.
While rooted in Painting, this role will perform additional construction activities as needed to support the production lines including but not limited to Drywall, Roofing, Plumbing rough in, basic Electrical, and more.

Qualifications:
Seeking all experience levels with minimum of 1 year of comprehensive drywall preparation and finishing experience
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to pass a drug test
