Responsibilities: Analyze and distribute incoming mail to appropriate Division Order or Lease Analyst using company land data systems and workflows. Adhere to internal documentation management process to ensure correspondence, instruments, records, and all other data are filed, imaged, and indexed appropriately for retrieval and analysis. Timely updates to owner records and owner pay codes based on documentation received through Owner Relations. Respond to Owner Relations calls, inquiries, and emails as needed. Communicate with royalty owners to obtain necessary documentation to validate ownership and transfers. Assist with the communication flow of information between Land Administration. Other administrative and Owner Relations support to Land Administration as needed. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 5+ years of Records Tech/Analyst experience and/or Division Order Tech/Analyst experience. Proficiency in P2 Land and P2 Domain systems preferred. Experience in ThoughtTrace and LandVantage systems preferred. Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, courtesy and friendliness to customers ensuring customer satisfaction. Clearly and effectively communicate with both internal and external business partners as well as property owners. Effectively builds rapport and a cooperative relationship with personnel in other departments on the Magnolia team.
