A client service representative must have a highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to client satisfaction. You must strive to demonstrate a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for clients. This position reflects the first impression of every hospital client. In this role you must be professional, friendly, courteous, and capable of handling challenging situations with ease. You are the goodwill ambassador for the hospital and will coordinate and represent all facets of the client care experience. We are looking for a Full-time Client Service Representative to provide outstanding customer service to our clients. Looking for an applicant that has a flexible schedule and available to work nights, weekends, and Holidays. Willingness to cover shifts and work occasional overtime when needed.
To provide high quality customer service that meets and exceeds the expectations of our clients. Support the doctors and support staff. Look for ways to continually improve the delivery of the services to our clients to ensure that clients are treated with respect.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Promote the core values of Upstate Vet.
Always provide an approachable and professional image to both clients and staff.
Uphold the One Team Mentality by being kind, direct, honest, and helpful.
Manage the front desk by greeting clients, checking patients in/out, scheduling rechecks and signing visitors and vendors in.
Works with Client Services Manager to oversee clinic flow.
Manage and assist client in the euthanasia paperwork process.
Discuss payment options with clients.
Oversee End of Day reports processes.
Assist with daily administrative duties such as printing schedules, pulling records, emailing medical records, distribute daily mail, email AR invoices and running bank deposit as requested by the Client Experience Manager.
Answer multiple line phone system.
Transfer calls quickly and accurately.
Assist in emergency situations by expediting the arrival emergencies to the triage staff member.
Knowledge of extension numbers to reach team members throughout the hospital efficiently.
Assist clients with directions to hospital location and where to go upon arrival.
Troubleshoot problem calls.
Understanding the appointment scheduler for exam, rechecks and procedures.
Inform and assist clients about our website and how to navigate it.
Cross train to work in other areas of the Client Services when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience with EzyVet is a bonus!
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
At least 1 year working within a customer service environment required.
Must be computer literate; basic computer skills with ability to navigate new software
Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment
