The Opportunity
We are currently looking for Outbound Telesales Reps to join our remote home-based team. This role is a key growth position where you will have the ability to contribute insight towards delivering outbound calling results.
You will use an online call center dialer to place outbound calls and we will provide the calling lists. Your primary goal is to turn cold prospects into qualified leads. Our hands-on management team will work with you to get the most out of your natural sales talent--with full training on our state-of-the-art cloud-based contact center platform. This is a great opportunity to advance your career in a fast-growing field with a smart group of people.
Pay is guaranteed bi-weekly with the potential to earn ADDITIONAL bonuses on top of wages. Base pay will be commensurate with experience, and potential.
We are looking for:
1+ years of outbound calling experience/lead generation experience
Preference shown to people with business to business experience.
Knowledge and some experience with leading CRM tools.
Assertiveness/confidence when speaking on the phone.
Great conversationalist.
Excellent listener.
Empathetic and able to build good relationships over time.
Ability to adapt to various campaigns.
Great communicator, verbally and written.
High attention to detail.
Knowledgeable/Interested in the technology sector.
Technical Requirements:
Working/stable internet connection with minimum: 10Mbps down/5Mbps up, with 4GB/month bandwidth (ideally on wired connection or excellent wifi connection).
A computer with minimum Mac OSX 10.10/Windows 10 or newer.
Minimum 8GB RAM (allows applications to run properly).
Noise-cancelling wired headset (USB preferred) or an excellent wireless headset.
We are scheduling interviews over the next few days and looking to start training soon.
