The Outbound Customer Care Representative is responsible for contacting customers with account holds, resolving concerns, and providing additional information on Balance of Nature products. This position removes account holds by encouraging customers to take appropriate amounts of Balance of Nature products to stay healthy and eliminate product surplus.

Abilities/Skills:

• Understands the sales process thoroughly and can apply it to overcome customer concerns
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to the customer's needs and wants
• Reliable and able to follow through with tasks and responsibilities
• Constantly learning new things and striving to improve
• Clear and effective communicator with excellent listening skills
• Able to meet daily and weekly quotas/targets
• Ability to learn and come to know the product very well to provide customers with information and support
• Able to overcome objections and obstacles

Duties:

• Call customers and provide additional information on Balance of Nature
• Meet minimum daily and weekly call quotas
• Prevent and remove account holds through applying the sales process
• Create effective strategies for calling customers
• Continually refine and improve the sales process to meet customer needs
• Use reactivation process and find new ways to reactivate canceled customers
• Handle customer accounts and information appropriately and in a timely manner

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Pay: $15.00 + commission

This position will require onboarding training at 1568 S. River Road St. George, Utah 84790. After completion of training, this position's long-term location will be at 328 Old Highway 91 Hurricane, Utah 84737.
