Operator C Oil Oil Production Overview: Provide support to centrifuge and other oil room equipment operations and perform frequent analyses on products and raw ingredients in accordance with company standards. The Machine Operator will comply with policies, procedures, quality standards and current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), as well as safety and environmental regulations. This individual will monitor production operation and perform troubleshooting while following policies and procedures regarding equipment, components, and finished goods. Responsibilities and Duties: Change finisher screen. Raw oil recovery. Distinguish tools and their uses. Maintain accurate logs and records. Assist supervisor as needed. Identify parts needed for repairs. Perform cleaning/sanitation of equipment and area to ensure GMP standards. This individual will monitor production and/or packaging operations and perform troubleshooting while following policies and procedures regarding equipment, components, and finished goods. Vocational School or some college courses. Working Conditions: Work is done both in and out of doors.
